Learn proper alignment techniques and improve your flexibility and strength with this class, conducted monthly on a Sundays from 9am to 5pm (12pm-2pm lunch break). Suitable for beginners and experienced novices. Dates: 9, 23, 30 NOV, 7 DEC

Detox and lose weight with this 7-days fasting program with 4 days 3 nights offsite. This program includes Dietary Guide, Qigong exercise, Yoga practice, nose and colon cleansing.
